ACISD Technology
Technology Mission Statement:
The board ACISD of trustees, administrators,
teachers, technology planning committee members, community members
and students envision a learning environment that provides students
grades K-12 with hands-on technology learning. Activities directly
support the skills needed in today’s technology-rich workforce and
academic environments while strengthening student achievement
regarding state standards. The role of teacher is becoming one
of a facilitator of learning where technology is involved.
Therefore, teacher training concerning the integration of
technology into curriculum is of utmost importance and considered
high priority by ACISD.
