How do I submit a help ticket?

You can submit a ticket to the ACISD IT department in two ways:

1. Email [email protected] with your issue or question. This is the quickest and easiest way.

2. Go to Fresh Desk and create a ticket by filling in the fields and submitting the form.

Things to remember:

If you include a room number or other location it can help us serve you faster.

Detailed descriptions of your issue are welcomed if possible but not necessary.

Parents or teachers may submit issues for a student.
