It has been a great first week at ACHS! We are off and running and our students and staff have done a great job getting acclimated!

A few reminders for students going forward:

1. Personal Communication Devices must be turned off and stored at all times during the instructional day! ( This includes smart watches and air pods)

2. Tardy Policy will start in full force: On the third tardy - student will begin receiving disciplinary infractions.

3. Dress Code Enforcement will begin. We have been reminding students of the following issues to be remedied by Monday, 8/18:

- Clear Spacers in the nostril piercing or removed jewelry. (Female Students)

- No Piercings with Jewelry for Male Students

- All students are to be clean shaven (no facial hair)

- Male Students hair to be trimmed off of the collar.

We will begin enforcement of expectations with potential consequences being placed on Monday.

We ask that students take care of issues prior to coming to school on Monday. Our updated student handbook can be found on the district website!
